1. Sponsor
The Operator Goods Co. Grand Opening Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Operator Goods Co., LLC, 900 Ogden Ave., #192, Downers Grove, IL 60515 ("Sponsor").
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who otherwise satisfy these Official Rules. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate household members of Sponsor and persons materially involved in administration of the Giveaway are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Giveaway period
The Giveaway begins on September 5, 2026 at 9:00am Central Time and will remain open until the earlier of: (a) the date and time Operator Goods Co. publicly launches its ecommerce store at operatorgoodsco.com and makes the store available for customer purchases; or (b) December 7, 2026 at 9:00am Central Time.
Operator Goods Co. will announce the store launch through its website and/or other official communication channels. The date and time recorded by Sponsor's systems will determine when the Giveaway Period ends. Entries received after the Giveaway Period closes will not be eligible.
5. How to enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit operatorgoodsco.com and complete the official Grand Opening Giveaway entry form with the requested information, including a valid email address. Limit one entry per eligible person unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise on the entry page. Entries may be submitted at any time during the Giveaway Period. Once the Operator Goods Co. ecommerce store officially opens for purchases, the Giveaway entry period will automatically close unless Sponsor announces an earlier closing date in accordance with these Official Rules.
A valid email address is required so Sponsor can administer the Giveaway and contact a potential winner. Consent to receive marketing text messages is separate, optional, and is not required to enter or purchase. Any email-marketing preference offered on the entry page is separate from Giveaway administration and is not a condition of entry.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Operator Goods Co. branded YETI hard-sided cooler, approximate retail value (ARV) $450.00. Two (2) runners-up will each receive one (1) Operator Goods Co. branded YETI backpack, ARV $250.00.
Prize details, colors, sizes, models, and components are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if reasonably necessary. No cash substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The winner is responsible for taxes and any costs not expressly included.
7. Random drawing and odds
Within approximately five (5) business days after the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select the potential winners from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner notification and verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with the entry and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Giveaway and may use it for marketing only as disclosed on the entry form and permitted by applicable law.
10. No publicity requirement
Winning does not require the winner to provide a photograph, testimonial, public endorsement, company name, or location for Sponsor's marketing. Sponsor may identify a winner only to the extent required by law or with the winner's separate permission.
11. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, submitted in violation of these Rules, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event materially impairs its integrity or administration, subject to applicable law.
12. Release and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and promotion-service providers from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except for liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries caused by circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
13. Brand and platform disclaimer
Third-party product and brand names, trademarks, and logos associated with any prize are the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those third-party brand owners. If the Giveaway is promoted on a social-media platform, that platform is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway unless expressly stated.
14. Disputes and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes arising from the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and will be brought individually in the state or federal courts located in or serving DuPage County, Illinois, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any waiver of class or representative claims applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Winner information
Where legally required, requests for winner information may be sent to info@operatorgoodsco.com after the drawing. Sponsor will disclose only information required by applicable law.
